    剧毒的美味

         这个身体短而肥的全身长满硬刺的家伙叫河豚,河豚鱼虽然有剧毒但味道极为鲜美,与鲥鱼、刀鱼并称为“长江三鲜”。然而光看图片你会把它和美味联系在一块吗?
         这次清明节,我们一家人前往扬州的叔叔家玩,托他的福,我有幸尝了一回河豚鱼。
         网上资料说:“河豚鱼加工是十分严格的,一名合格的河豚厨师至少要接受两年的严格培训,考试合格以后才能领取执照开张营业。每
    条河豚的加工去毒需要经过30道工序,一个熟练厨师也要花20分钟才能完成。河豚一般是养在池里的,吃之前用网兜将河豚网出来,用小刀割去鱼鳍,切除鱼嘴,挖除鱼眼,剥去鱼皮,接着剖开鱼肚取出鱼肠、肝脏、卵巢和肾等含剧毒的内脏,再把河豚的肉一小块一小块的放进清水中将上面的毒汁漂洗干净。洗净后的鱼块洁白如玉,晶莹剔透。接着,将其切成像纸一样薄的片,再将这些鱼片摆成菊花或仙鹤一样的图样。吃的时候夹起鱼片蘸着碟子里的酱油和辣椒放进嘴里慢慢地咀嚼。吃完鱼片后,再喝上一碗河豚鱼汤,真是爽心可口。”
         我们吃的河豚并没有切块,而是一整条的。据说厨师只用了18分钟,看来水平还是不错的。我最喜欢吃的是鱼汤和鱼嘴,味道都非常地鲜美。
    鱼肉比较实,感觉一般般。最难吃的是鱼皮,难吃是说很难吃下去而不是味道差,因为河豚的表皮都是刺,所以吃的时候要把内表皮包在外边,然后吞下去,不能咬。无奈我嗓子眼小,无论怎么吞都吞不下去。最恐怖的是内脏还是什么东西,一团黏糊糊的,据说有美容的功效,但是我放弃了,因为它让我想到了脑部组织,最后还是让我妈帮忙吃了。
         就这样战战兢兢,跌宕起伏中,我把一整条河豚消灭光了。
         万幸,我还活着!活着真好!!
